Smartxide² Fractional CO2 Laser

What is Smartxide² Fractional CO2 Laser?

Smartxide² Fractional CO2 Laser is an ablative laser technology similar to PicoSure and Fotona Q-Switched Nd:Yag Laser for skin resurfacing.

How does Smartxide² Fractional CO2 Laser work?

The skin resurfacing technology helps to remove pigmentation and scarring on your skin surface, such as with your acne scars, birthmarks, stretch marks, moles and warts, age spots and pigmentation, or even skin tags!

As the name suggests, the laser treatment makes use of beams of carbon dioxide. These beams are pixelated into thousands of little streams of light. These smaller light streams will remove columns or shafts of damaged skin surface, and reveal a new layer of skin right underneath it. The skin around these columns are left intact to help your skin heal faster.

Fractional CO2 Laser has one of the longest wavelengths compared to other laser treatments in the market, so you can use this even on darker skin types! The longer wavelengths also mean that you can treat issues which are a little deeper in your skin – such as your wrinkles, surgical scars, sun damage and severe skin discoloration  and texture changes caused by any other factors.

Fractional CO2 Laser can also be easily customized to fit each patient and different body parts to provide just enough laser penetration depth needed to resolve your skin problems.
